Toozit Opens the ToozitCORE Licensing Program: Launch a Branded Global Xchange the Same Day
Operators can license a white-label, zero-fee Xchange, set their own branding and pricing, and go live the same day, with no build step and no percentage taken on any deal.
PORTLAND, OR (February 11, 2026) — PORTLAND, Ore. - Toozit LLC today opened the ToozitCORE licensing program, giving operators a turnkey path to launch their own branded global Xchange. A licensee gets a complete, white-label platform: their name, logo, colors, contact, and pricing are all admin-controlled, and the platform is theirs to run.
Because ToozitCORE has no build step and drops straight into a standard host, a licensed platform can go live the same day. Every instance inherits the same patent-pending pure-venue model, so the operator never touches buyer or seller funds and never takes a percentage of a deal.
"We built the engine once, and built it to be handed off," said a Toozit spokesperson. "An operator should be able to pick a market, brand the platform, and open for business today, not next quarter."
The program covers the full ToozitCORE family and supports additional verticals on request. Platforms are available in English and additional languages, including Chinese and Japanese editions.
